Inclusive and diverse

We're proud to have an inclusive and diverse workforce who broaden our perspectives and help us recognise and appreciate the cultures around us. By better reflecting the diverse world in which we live, we're able to build better teams and generate better outcomes as a result. This past year, we were represented by 36 nationalities, with 56 languages and dialects.

Further, as part of our commitment to equity, inclusion and diversity, we invest in programmes that help create a fairer world. This includes enrolling on the Microsoft-supported Women Rising programme, internship programmes designed for Māori & Pasifika students and the First Foundation scholarship.

It's not just about getting the job done; we care about making a difference too. Since 2008, we've raised money for Cure Kids through adventure racing, international lunches, auctions, team events and heaps more. We have plenty going on that you can be involved with – Te Ao Māori sessions, team challenges, and sustainability initiatives. How can you help us make a difference in the world?
