Career Prospects at Toll Global Express

As a part of the first year intake, we don't know exactly where we will end up. However, the time and effort placed into development, and the skills we've learnt in the process does make me optimistic about possible future.

Your work should speak for itself. There are several opportunities across the various business units and management encourages you to apply if you feel it a right fit for yourself

It is Toll's first graduate program and it is a bit unclear about the post-program opportunities at this stage.

You have to go above and beyond your responsibility to move up the ladder. You are truly recognized for your work and given due credit for it.

I feel as though this depends on each site as well. There is next to no career progression opportunities at some sites. At others, staff movements seem to be between departments, but not increasing by level.

As I have only been in the program for half a year, I am not very clear about how easy it is to move up the ranks.

From the limited exposure that I've had, it seems that good work is rewarded. This is an exciting time for Toll, and talent is being recognized and being given more responsibility.

It might be hard because a lot of the current employees have been working with the company for a very long time.
