As a part of the first year intake, we don't know exactly where we will end up. However, the time and effort placed into development, and the skills we've learnt in the process does make me optimistic about possible future.

I feel as though this depends on each site as well. There is next to no career progression opportunities at some sites. At others, staff movements seem to be between departments, but not increasing by level.

From the limited exposure that I've had, it seems that good work is rewarded. This is an exciting time for Toll, and talent is being recognized and being given more responsibility.
