Half of our graduates are female applicants, and half of us speak second languages.

Diversity is encouraged in the workplace. In freight forwarding, there is a good mix of women and men in the workforce. However, in a warehouse environment, it is more male-dominated.

Over half of the graduate program intake were women, and every graduate spoke more than one language. The intake was incredibly diverse, and this is just one example of Toll's commitment to diversity.

They are very focused on diversity, more than half of this years grad intake were women, and almost all of us from different ethnic background. �They have the standard maternity leave policy for both parents.

The company has a lack of diversity at the moment but respects diversity in workplace, the majority of the graduates in this program are females or from different ethnic groups.
