Really happy. We have Grad managers, and an allocated mentor within the company, which is great for exposure to different people, having support within the business, and taking time out to teach/give feedback.

Some of my line managers are excellent mentors and will ensure we are able to learn and contribute to the business unit.

Graduates usually report to senior managers, who have lots of operational experience. Managers are generally quite keen to coach you through any road blocks and give feedback on a regular basis.

My manager is very good at maintaining a two way communication, provides regular feedback and acknowledges small gains with the entire team. He is very supportive of the professional development and is always there to help.

Most managers are accessible and are good mentors, and having good cycle for communication, but sometimes it might be difficult during peak time.

Again, this depends on each site. In my first site rotation, managers were very supportive and encouraging of projects and learning. In my current rotation, managers are less focused on graduate learning.

All my managers have had open door policies and have been fantastic and communicating with both the operations staff, other management and supervisors, and myself. They have all been good mentors and have been instrumental in showing me all aspects of the business - such as management and financial.

Our direct managers are very good and easily accessible if we need them. They provide regular feedback and constant support for our progression. Mentors are great as well! They are very senior level people and take out time to develop and shape us!

We have access to managers and some of them have become our mentors. They are sometimes busy, but are open to share their experiences and give feedback.
