Training in personal development, cultural awareness, and presentation skills. Quite happy with the programs provided.

Direct report manager constantly provide feedback to me, group level also provide trainings on various topics such as presentation skill and leadership skill.

Informal training comes through shadowing and on-the-job learning. Graduates also receive training through annual conferences and workshops are scheduled throughout the year on various topics (e.g. continuous improvement and presentation skills).

People are willing to help and teach me the software etc. necessary for work. We also have some workshops such as continuous improvement workshop.

We have regular developmental workshops and team building activities

Development workshops in between each rotation are very useful for character building and adapting to change. I have also learnt quite a lot about management skills and office dynamics through my work.

I have developed confidence in being able to network - as this is very important in this line of business. The company organizes many conferences and involve grads in them. This is great to develop networking skills. Apart from this they conduct personal development workshops where they discuss about personality styles, communication tactics, presentation and public speaking.

We have development workshops that trained us on resilience and how to deal with changes, which I think is very useful for us.

I learnt how to interact with different people of different personalities

Require more formal training on technical stuff but for soft skills, training is good.
