Online Applications are open from 15th March till 31st July. Short-listed candidates identified.
Group Assessment Session an opportunity to learn more about TSA Riley, meet our teams and to give us a chance to see you in action working on a simulated consulting problem as part of a team.
Psychometric Assessment to help us better understand your personality preference, what you like and where you need some help with development.
Face-to-face interview; to understand your aspirations, answer your questions and provide you with more detail about what we offer.

All our graduates have access to our award-winning online learning and development platform. At the end of the Graduate Program, Grads are promoted to Assistant Project Managers or Consultants depending on whether you choose to work in our Project Managment or Advisory business stream. Further promotions are given on merit when an individual displays consistent proficiencies in core competencies.

What Graduates Say About Them

The office culture and work moral are genuinely and consistently high. It is very clear that the majority, if not all Project Managers at the company enjoy what they do and are passionate about the sector they work in.
TSA Riley provides good platform/resources and good projects which helps build up strong foundation of the start of the career.
People manager system offers great guidance especially for junior to mid-level to have a clear pathway to getting up to what we want.
The Brisbane office got a brand-new office in June 2024. The office is large, and contributes to collaborating more, with some individual focus space and a range of group meeting rooms.
As a Graduate, I am aware I will be promoted after completing 1 year at TSA Riley... There are clear instructions and requirements to be promoted, so everything is clear.

If pay review can be every half a year that would be much better.
Training is predominantly self-directed and unstructured. More structure and guidance would be beneficial for the graduate program.
Pay is so poor and so unnegotiable it is not funny. No bonuses are paid.
Working hours are being decent as a Graduate, roughly 8 hours for most days. There may be a day where you work 2 hours extra... I do see most of the senior level individuals work more than 8 hours, possibly 10 hours a day.
There are cliques that form all over the company and politics is becoming rife.
