Career Prospects at TSA Riley

Graduates are given the opportunity to progress to an Assistant Project Manager position by the end of the year-long Graduate program, through the achievement of competency goals.

Promotion opportunities are allocated fairly and based on established criteria. It is easy to picture a path to promotions, and what actions to take to be considered for promotion.

They will turn you down until you waste a considerable amount of your and their time. Unless you're in with the clique, in that case go for glory.

As a Graduate, I am aware I will be promoted after completing 1 year at TSA Riley, from a Graduate Consultant to a Consultant. Then, in couple of years, hopefully I get promoted to a Senior Consultant and go on. There are clear instructions and requirements to be promoted, so everything is clear.

Graduate program is based around learning fundamentals to become an Assistant Project Manager. In summary, the entire year is based on undertaking activities to build competencies and is 100% progression focused.

Perform very well and if you feel you are ready talk to the senior management.

If you perform well, you are promoted to an APM after the grad role, you will have to prove yourself and your experience in order to be promoted to a PM.
