Within teams, people are friendly, cooperative, encouraging and helpful. Colleagues tend to socialise within pre-established work relations and there is an overarching feeling of disconnectedness among the company as a whole.

I think management should read 'Good to Great' by Jim Collins (not sponsored). The wrong people are kept on the bus and poor incentive systems are created. Managers are not rewarded by happy their staff are, instead they are rewarded for how much they talk about themselves. Leaders turn a blind eye and only look at their self interest and the people that are smart leave quicker.

The office culture is one of the best aspects at TSA Riley. Individuals sit wherever they want every day. You could even sit next to the head manager and learn from them. Everyone is open to answer small or large questions and willing to help others. There are not much after hour work at this point for myself as a graduate, however, I do see seniors working after hours. On Friday afternoons, everyone gets a beer, or some beverage and we gather at the common space and chat.

Socialising is a big part of our company culture, everyone is included to feel welcome and people will go out of their way to introduce themselves. Friday drinks is a routine and great way to meet new colleagues.

Culture is very inclusive both in and after office hours. Social events are organised to suit a different interest to accommodate all staff.
