Salary at TSA Riley

Pay and bonuses are quite rigid.

Pay is so poor and so unnegotiable it is not funny. They try to pretend the super guarantee is not the law and they pay you out of the goodness of their hearts. No bonuses are paid.

There are no bonuses. $68,000 base salary as a Graduate, plus phone allowance of $1,000 per year and super.

Hard to compare with other companies as I haven't researched this myself. It seems the pay is reasonable for a graduate position.

Salary is competitive in the market, Bonuses and perks are very poor in the company and is restricted to senior management.

Average entry level pay, not many bonuses.

Company has relatively standard perks.

Free alcohol and soft drinks.

Mobile Phone allowance is the only bonus offered.

Friday drinks in the office.

very few perks offered by the company in general except for during COVID when the Canberra office specifically provided perks such as Uber eat vouchers and gift hampers which was really cool.
