Pay and bonuses are quite rigid.

Pay is so poor and so unnegotiable it is not funny. They try to pretend the super guarantee is not the law and they pay you out of the goodness of their hearts. No bonuses are paid.

very few perks offered by the company in general except for during COVID when the Canberra office specifically provided perks such as Uber eat vouchers and gift hampers which was really cool.
