The majority of my learning/development have come from my day-to-day onsite experience working within my teams and on my assigned projects. In addition to this, development opportunities and training have been provided through the UGrow Graduate and general employee training courses.

Training is predominantly handled through on the job learning, supported by an online platform for mandatory and optional training. The online resources are lacking and could be improved by adding more on-demand training resources covering a wider range of skill levels and topics. It is difficult to navigate and locate training modules that are relevant and applicable in everyday work. This could be improved by creating dedicated learning pathways for specific competencies

There were a lot of online courses to complete in the first two weeks or so. It was not structures, but more self-paced. I guess in TSA Riley, it is not about standard training courses, but more on the job training. Every project is different, and everyone learns something new every day.

Training is not structured but the sessions conducted are very helpful and is based on staff feedback of requirements.

Regular graduate training, APM/PM forums are common and general support sessions are held.
