Working Hours at TSA Riley

While the company is flexible with hours spent working, it has less lenience with the number of days able to be spent WFH, leading to longer days when factoring in commuting.

Not flexible at all, but I work my contracted hours and leave. I have received comments saying I should work more hours, but the reasons above show that is not rewarded.

As a Graduate, I am told that "I should be in the office everyday", so that I can learn from others. Most senior people come 2 to 3 days a week into the office, where some comes every day, and very few people never come in. Some people are seconded to client office so it's difficult to see them in person. Working hours are being decent as a Graduate, roughly 8 hours for most days. There may be a day where you work 2 hours extra, but you could go home 2 hours early on the next day. It is all up to the individual on how long to work, and not many people care on when you come in or leave. I often go in at 7:30 and leave at 16:00 (the ordinary working hours are 8:30 to 17:00). However, I do see most of the senior level individuals work more than 8 hours, possibly 10 hours a day. But everyone is very open on things like child pickup, or personal contributions.

Company seems flexible with working locations to accommodate COVID. At points however, even after working a 45 hour week, people still expect more from you.

Work timing is fairly flexible although work hours are generally between 40-50 every week

Flexible as long as you complete deliverables. Working from home is an option however encouraged to spend time in the office to meet new people and gain recognition.

Long hours on some days but in general it is fine

With covid, it has been very flexible. We can move our hours around to best suit us and are encouraged to get out and walk in meetings when possible.
