I feel like my company doesnt address these directly but indirect very focused and key part of business.

Univoice - finding areas within the business that employees are anxious about and looking to improve them. E.g. data organization causing people to have problems finding resources at work so a SharePoint is developed and maintained.

Projects I have worked on have effects of the decarbonisation of production sites by 2030

My company tries to look after its CSR by using different iniatives to work together and reduce the amount of waste, they also have been involved in obtaining their B-Corp certification.

CSR is embedded in every business operation, hence I work with it in all I do.

Extremely good, we are constantly searching for ways to become more sustainable and reduce business waste. We recently achieve a B-Corp status which reflects this.
