About the role
The Health and Safety Junior Advisor provides support to Safety Advisors in multiple projects within the business, including NBN, fixed operations and wireless contracts.
Reporting to the State Health and Safety Manager, this position has the primary responsibility to support and monitor the efficient and effective implementation of management systems, delivery of KPI’s, reporting expectations, training content, and contractor compliance.
This position would particularly suit a candidate commencing their career in Health and Safety with the drive and passion, seeking to excel in their profession.

my role graduate civil engineer and and am helping my mangers and project engineers with drawings, designs and doing some planning . update project reports and participate daily and weekly meetings. some time going for site visit its for inspections.
As a grad at Ventia, my role involves a mix of learning, contributing to projects, and supporting various functions within the team. On a day-to-day basis, I’m actively engaged in a range of tasks, including assisting with project coordination, monthly update content videos, steering committee and participating in team meetings daily.
In my role, I support the Telecommunications Business Development team by organising meetings, creating client profiles, and ensuring the smooth execution of events. Additionally, I contribute to the brand, marketing, and communications aspects, which include developing capability statements for the Telecommunications sector, auditing and updating our company webpages, and adding news stories about company events.
