Depends on the team and the people. Some of my managers have been great mentors, and very communicative and provide constructive feedback and praise. Others have been hard to get a hold of due to the volume of work they handle.

Very dependent on the person/team. Different managers take different approaches, have different communication styles, etc. Some managers work better for graduates than others.

The managers are easily accessible. They are all super friendly and focused on helping you extract the most you can from the opportunities they provide you with. They are good mentors to help you understand the organisation and the work yo do. They also want to help you develop personally and professionally. I've received constant feedback and recognition from my manager.

My people leader and host manager have both been excellent. Always easily approachable, open to conversations and feedback, and available when needed.

There is a good balance between having your individuality and management. For me, I have weekly meetings with my team and a separate one on one meeting with my team leader to check my progress of work and goals development. Feedback, praise, and recognition is often provided at the team meetings (From different team members) based on work completion and a lot of individual praise comes from individual team members and leaders when you work with them. Depending on the team, sometimes a mentor is provided to you or other times you have to go and find a mentor yourself. This is very important as your mentor will dictate how much experience you get during your time in your rotation. Internal communications have a great mix of getting to business and small talk.

Very accessible managers who are excellent role models. I have great respect for all of my team, and hope to follow in their footsteps to become a valuable employee.

Change process has directed time for host managers to consider matters above and not below them so not spending as much time as I like. But the manager of the graduates have been great. Don't officially have a mentor

All the managers I have interacted with so far have been extremely knowledgeable and helpful in supporting me and my growth.

I've been lucky to have great managers so far. I trust them to help develop my skills and let them know when I'm doing well or need some support. I do get praised and it feels nice to get recognised.

Management is very engaged and and there is a feeling that they are genuinely interested in you. Always make time for weekly catch ups.

My managers have always been accessible and eager to help. In the programme, we essentially have two managers - someone from our People group who manages the grads, as well as a host manager. We do PDPs for each rotation, which gives us an opportunity for formal feedback, but I've had plenty of ad hoc feedback/praise from both managers

Yes, managers are great.

My manager spends a lot of time with me to ensure I get the most out of the EP programme. There are regular check-ins and meetings to discuss growth. They have made the effort to link workshops and online courses out of their work time for me to do. They welcome regular communication and it is easy to send a message or email to ask for help.

My manager has been super supportive and keen to give me tasks that will challenge me. Even if we aren't in the office together, she's really easy to contact.

They are really supportive, however it can be hard to get in contact with him. When I've been in some difficult situations, he made the time to support me. which was really good.
