My role as a graduate auditor involves a lot of learning. I have become familiar with some parts of the auditing process, and can now contribute to audits with some independence. I spend my time testing expenses, property, plant, equipment, trade and other payables, cash equivalents and more. This involves using different methods and checks to make sure the clients financial reports are recorded accurately and appropriately. During the day, if I complete the tasks assigned to me for my client, I help my colleagues with their clients.
I like my role as a tax accountant as I can utilize my knowledge and skills in my daily work.
In my current role, each day is well-organized with appropriate tasks. I am temporarily following the arrangements set by my manager, which helps in maintaining a structured daily schedule.
