We were established more than 125 years ago and today employ over 135 directors and 1,050 professional staff across 9 offices. In New Zealand we have  15 directors and over 80 staff across our Auckland and Tauranga offices.

Recruitment Process

What can you expect from our recruitment process?

  1. Please submit your CV, academic transcript and Cover Letter explaining why you want to work with William Buck
  2. We will send an online test to you which will help us evaluate your verbal, numerical and logical skills.
  3. We then move to a video interview - this is your opportunity to show us your personality!
  4. In-person interviews are next with team members from your chosen service line (Audit, Tax or Business Advisory)
  5. We will be in touch regarding the outcome of your application as soon as possible.
