Very diverse and inclusive

It seems pretty diverse to me. I would say wsp has a larger number of women than most companies. There are also lots of initiatives that celebrate culture, religion and preferences.

It seems like the company is putting a real effort into diversity and inclusion. There are multiple groups within the company that focus on different areas of this and it seems to be paying off. It's generally a safe space for everyone in my experience

We have employee resource groups for lgbtqia+, māori and pacifica, women, accessibility and neurodiversity, who organise webinars, events, and are leaders in our company for change. I can't really speak to recruitment, retention, promotion, child care, maternity leave, etc. As it has not directly impact me yet.

I have nothing negative to say on this at all. Wsp maintains integrity to be as diverse and inclusive as possible. They are also good at taking feedback from people who might not feel as heard as the company thinks, e.g. hard of hearing people. I'm not sure if anything has been implemented on this however.
