Pros & Cons

The amazing people! Everyone is so lovely and genuinely wants to help.
Good ﬂexible working - can work from home, another NZ oﬃce, or potentially even overseas.
Opportunities to work and gain experience on large-scale projects.
Great communication between senior staff and graduates.
Worldwide and nationwide opportunities and connections, exciting projects and knowledgeable seniors.

Workload fluctuates, sometimes it's busy, other times light with little to do.
Utilization targets put pressure on training and development time.
The pay is less than what I believe I should be getting for my role.
Parking is an issue, especially with the office located in the CBD.
There aren't many negatives worth mentioning.
