My manager is friendly, approachable and is always available when I need their help.

Managers can be difficult to contact at certain times depending on workload but they always welcome conversations.

They are good mentors, but could increase the amount of feedback.

Direct managers in my team are really good. Upper/senior management needs improvement

My manager is the goat. He is incredibly people oriented and also very knowledgeable. He is turning our team in a very positive direction and has been working so hard to do so. Communication is a bit complicated as he's been thrown a massive workload and isn't in the same city as me so it can be difficult to get in touch with him.

My direct manager is fantastic and provides regular meetings with feedback and goal setting. The business manager, however, fails to provide any personal feedback or recognition around performance.

I have great mentors, and the managers are understandable and fair.

They are great mentors and communicate well. This may be different in other sectors but in sa they are awesome

Yes overall very good and approachable, friendly and open to all sorts of questions and feedback, they encourage that sort of thing, it builds relationships and work culture for the team to go forward.

Immediate team lead is accessible and approachable. However, there is a lack of consistency in catchups and has to be self-initiated most of the time. Little to no contact with any management beyond my team lead. Due to company initiatives such as 'no meeting' months, internal communication is significantly impacted (especially at lower levels where we don't know what's going on), e.g. Cancellation of weekly team meetings where we can get updates on work and upcoming projects. Consequentially, during these periods' praise/recognition like weekly shout outs at team meetings are not able to be given.

My manager is lovely - she's good at managing work and people, and is happy to accommodate varying needs. She's good at keeping communication open and recognising people when they do well as well as helping people when they need it. The managers above her also seem good at this but I don't interact with them as much.

All my managers have been great mentors and quite often check on me to make sure I am doing ok.

Managers are very accessible and provide great mentorship, often to one-on-one check ins and provide recognition as its deserved

The managers are great. They work closely with the graduates to make sure they are always progressing, learning new things, and understanding what they are doing

Manager is easily approachable to ask things regarding work and projects. Difficult to know if I am performing well in my role since I don't receive much communication regarding feedback on my work.

I could easily to up to my workgroup manger, but sector leader and above are not as easily reached.
