Xieplans Limited was established in Auckland in 2008, located in Northshore Albany. We are focused on designing unique houses and dedicated to providing a quality service for our clients, we value our customers, our reputation and our impact on the future. Our projects are mainly new residential dwelling design, residential subdivision, residential terrace housing, renovation and resource consent application.

We are passionate about the architectural and construction industry, due to the continued growth of the residential construction market, if you are an architectural graduate then you are welcome to join our team.

You will be able to demonstrate comprehensive Revit experience which is a prerequisite for this role.

• Hold an architectural degree or architectural diploma of technology.
• Familiar with the Auckland unitary plan requirements, NZS3604, NZBC. 
• Understanding the design process and having experience in preparing the AEE report and applying resource consent applications.
• Preparing drawings, plans, details, specifications.
• Liaising clients, construction managers, surveyors, contractors and other consultants during resource consent and building consent application.
• Good teamwork with multitasking ability, strong self-management skills.
