A huge, and enjoyable, part of my role is to mentor staff and hire new staff, making sure they not only have the right experience but that they are the right cultural fit for our office.
My favorite part of my job is using my creativity to design visually appealing applications, using data we have created or that has been supplied to us.

Every week the development team is taken for a site walk by the Lendlease building to show the progress of works on site and talk through some of the emerging issues on site. This allows the development team to stay across all works.
BMD spends a lot of time and resources to ensure that as little dirt as possible leaves our sites, and the environmental team works closely with site management to make sure we’re using the right controls and that they’re adapted as projects progress.
