A better working world is one in which all communities have the opportunities and resources to succeed and thrive. I contribute to building a better working world by working to accelerate Māori success.

I appreciated the flexibility of being able to work in a variety of places, with managers trusting us to work from home, and it still leads to good business output.

Through the grad programme, you get exposure to a bunch of different products and get the chance to work on a project with a mentor, so before having “real” responsibilities, you go through six weeks of learning and applying skills.

Grades are important, but the main thing is driving opportunities for yourself - social, professional or otherwise.
