During my internship application process, I was drawn to Baker Tilly Staples Rodway’s engaging people, warm culture and close-knit team environment.

The firm and the directors are very supportive and provide me with a lot of opportunities and space to learn and grow.

Honestly, it's so rewarding to see someone use what you've made in weird ways. It's more rewarding when they don't break it though, and you somehow manage to cater for every weird usecase. It's problem-solving at its core.

Still forever grateful that I went to that KPMG event that night! 

Internships are a great opportunity to not only gain some work experience, but also get a sense of whether you will go down that career path. You never know until you try!
