What Graduates Say About Them
  • The graduate program is the best part of the company. It gave us good guidance through the first two years of working. It allowed us to develop our hard and soft skills as early professionals. The program was well structured and well delivered. The graduate program had great social aspects to it as well. We get together as a New Zealand cohort and get to network with the other graduates. This is beneficial as we now feel connected with the wider NZ team as opposed to just having connections in our own office.
  • The best thing is the diversity of people and the opportunity for growth within my career
  • The best thing is the diversity of people and the opportunity for growth within my career
  • The types of work and projects I have worked on are awesome. They are challenging, complex but at the end of the day you can see how much of a positive impact is possible through the work we do.
  • I really love that there are many Graduates in different areas of expertise and we have the opportunity to network quite often. My communications and engagement team are the most supportive and uplifting people. I'm so grateful to work with experts in my field who push me out of my comfort zone and continuously support me. The work life - home life balance is really great as well.
  • Some of the work processes that make things harder than they might be at smaller companies.
  • Dealing with timesheets and time spent, repetitive work
  • Terrible commute in CBD, upwards of 2 hours can be lost in transit. However, I work mostly in EBA site office.
  • Nothing comes to mind
  • Some days are quiet in terms of workload and other days are very full on, can get draining at times
