Pros & Cons

The people. We have an amazing team of people that make it fantastic to come into work every day.
My peers, the type of projects that we work on, the graduate program, and the amount of support there is for graduates.
The support I get when learning new software and processes. They don't expect me to get it right the ﬁrst time and allow me to ask a lot of questions.
Work culture, people and employee beneﬁts.
