Good manager, good mentor. Senior leadership is way too bloated and gets in the way of day to day, could probably be condensed down. I am recognized for the good work that I do.

My manager when he responds is excellent with feedback and leading me on. It can just be hard to get my manager to respond in a timely manner. it is better when I walk up in person which can be hard to know when it is okay to do.

I am really happy and satisfied with the manager of my team.

My manager is excellent and very easy to reach. He is often not in the office which is unfortunate but if I ever have questions or need to talk its easy to set a time to call or meet. He is interested in my career growth and provides good feedback where applicable.

The managers are good and approachable

100% accessible, in the office every day unless out on site and site with the team and I. Good mentor? yes absolutely, very good at explaining things simply and having a laugh to lighten the situation where necessary. Internal communication is done through a variety of channels be it spoken, teams message, email... performance feedback is completed through yearly reviews but he also ensures to tell you/the team when you've done a good job on something.

My managers so far have been helpful and friendly, although I have not received much in the way of feedback, positive or constructive

I have a great manager! He sees me at least once a week for a catch up and is super supportive and has great communication. I also have a mentor who I see every once in a while as I don't feel the need to see her too often. I am very supported in my team by the other graduates and other professionals too!

My manager is approachable and supportive. Always feel comfortable to ask the questions.

For me personally - all aspects of that question I would talk well about. I got lucky as I have been in other companies that haven't had this experience

Our managers work really hard and are reliably in the office working face to face with us. They have well developed skill sets, and if your personal manager is not a suitable mentor for your skills, there are others that are very willing to support your growth. We all have regular meetings regarding workload and personal growth. Our managers are also really good at pushing the ball when we have worked hard on projects to get us recognition

My mentor, managers, buddy and team are all very friendly and have very good communication, and provides feedback and recognition.

Good mentors if you want to have someone as a mentor. My managers have changed a lot since I started but have always been open and accessible to me. I only ever hear positive internal communication and feedback from them and I hope this is implemented during the performance and review period.

Accessible despite being located in Christchurch and I am based in Auckland, they check up regularly and have a very honest approach to feedback and performance review.

My immediate manager is very supportive in everything that I do and will help guide me in anyway possible.

My Team Lead is amazing - he's like my "people manager" so we don't talk about technical work he mainly asks about how I am doing and if I am enjoying my time at AECOM - we both check in with each other regularly which I like. Feedback from him is good as we go through goals at the end of the year and reflect on them the next year. The manager above him has no engagement with me - when we started as grads we met him once and after that there was no conversation with him which to be honest made him more intimidating but now we are comfortable.

Very accessible, just need to follow up or communicate early on to fit in with their schedule.
