I can't really say much, but I think Cardno is very committed to diversity in all senses, whether that be in employment opportunities or awareness-raising. Recently we have had a few female engineers taken on board, and I know that we have a few people who are a part of the LGBT community. There is a wide range of ethnicity in the office too. Child care and maternity/paternity leave are definitely promoted and encouraged, as one of the recently appointed Business Unit Managers took 4 months of paternity leave off.
