What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
Have received no bonuses. Pay is roughly in line with other internships, however nothing high.
Intern, Auckland - 03 Sep 2024
I feel like the pay is not as good as I hoped. For being here 3 years I feel like I have added quite a bit of value to my team but it is not reflected in my pay. I have never received a bonus personally.
Full time role, Auckland - 20 Aug 2024
It is decent but could be higher after being here for 10 months. However, because I'm part-time I understand why it hasn't been raised.
Intern, Auckland - 19 Aug 2024
I got a jump in my pay because I started working as an intern, so I think I am pretty much satisfied with what I got. Just have to proof why I deserve more.

The pay rise isn't as significant as I thought but at the same time, the work environment and culture makes up for it.

What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
cheap lunches, free parking, birthday leave, travel (if going to stores - NOT office), free coffees, team dinners/drinks roughly bi-monthly.

5% off at the supermarket is great!

Best perk is subsidised meals at the Support Center. $5 for a meal is a steal in my book, very grateful.
