Pros & Cons
The best thing about working here is the people. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming and always willing to help when it comes to the work I do.
Every day I learn something new. I am able to learn valuable skills for future employment.
The team is flexible and accommodating. There are opportunities for WFH [Work From Home].
The culture of the workplace is awesome with flexible work arrangements and work environment.
My managers are always accessible and great mentors. All communication is done face to face and they give the right amount of recognition.
The commute is 1hr 15 minutes in the morning and evening which is what I found difficult.
The thing I least enjoy is trying to call potential candidates with no response. The process of leaving the same message over and over gets frustrating.
I wish I would've had more time to get involved with the more challenging tasks.
I was an unpaid intern so [pay] doesn’t apply to me.
It would be nice if there were more tasks I could do so I can learn more.

It seems like if you work hard and place a good amount of candidates, it's fairly easy to move up in the job.
My manager was an excellent mentor! She met with me every Monday morning and followed up with me and my tasks to ensure I had enough work and was able to make progress towards my goals.
The office is the perfect size and layout as everyone can communicate with each other when needed. There are also plenty of spaces for downtime if needed.
The company is very flexible when it comes to work hours. There isn't much change to my schedule each week but I have been able to leave early if I had uni in the afternoon.
