We recognise the importance of parental leave, we're committed to supporting our employees during this time & supporting return to the workforce.
Eligible employees are entitled to apply for the equivalent of 14 weeks’ paid leave. This is in addition to any Government Funded paid parental leave.
We also offer paid partner carer leave. Eligible employees will be able to access 4 weeks’ paid leave, this is relevant for employees who are partners of those having children.
In addition, Nutrien Ag Solutions also offer Adoption Leave & Long-Term foster carer leave as well as leave for pregnancy loss. At Nutrien, we understand the importance of providing support to parents and primary care givers.
