About the opportunity:

Our Nutrien Ag Solutions 2025 Corporate Graduate Program (please note we are hiring in the fields of Human Resources, Technology & Digital, Communications and Finance) will provide the skills and training you need to be a future leader or technical expert within the agricultural industry. The program is designed for top talent who align with our values of safety, inclusion, integrity and results. With a tailored learning approach, you will work closely with your relevant team (HR, Communications, IT & Digital, or Finance) and learn all of the ins and outs of working within one of Australia's most critical industries.

Commencing in February 2025, our 24-month program will see you join a cohort of other ambitious graduates. You will learn directly from Nutrien Ag Solutions leaders, join a global community of more than 23,000 employees, and travel to various regional locations to see exactly how our products and services work. As a Nutrien Ag Solutions Graduate you will be adding value as a full-time permanent employee from day one; doing real work and delivering real results.

Designed to broaden your knowledge of how an agribusiness operates the 24-month program includes:

• Accelerated learning opportunities to kick start your career in agriculture
• Professional networking opportunities to allow you to socialize with your peers and leaders across the business.
• Professional development opportunities to grow your business, communication, problem-solving and
• data-analysis skills.
• Support from business and industry leaders to develop personally and professionally.
• Regional placement opportunities to be undertaken two times for two weeks each to help live and breathe our values and passion for the agricultural industry.
• Mentoring support from three separate mentors to ensure you receive the best support and have the greatest experience with us

At the conclusion of the 24-month program, our Nutrien Ag Solutions Corporate Graduates will continue to add value to our company and their relevant team in an ongoing full-time capacity.

To be considered for the 2025 Corporate Graduate Program, you will graduate prior to the commencement of the program (or no longer than 3 years ago) with a degree in either IT, digital HR, Communications, Marketing, Finance or a relevant discipline. In addition, you will demonstrate a willingness to learn, have a proactive approach, possess strong communication skills, be analytically and technically minded, and ideally have an interest in Australian agriculture.

When thinking about whether you should apply for the graduate program at Nutrien Ag Solutions, ask yourself the following:
