About the opportunity:
Our Nutrien Ag Solutions 2025 Corporate Graduate Program (please note we are hiring in the fields of Human Resources, Technology & Digital, Communications and Finance) will provide the skills and training you need to be a future leader or technical expert within the agricultural industry. The program is designed for top talent who align with our values of safety, inclusion, integrity and results. With a tailored learning approach, you will work closely with your relevant team (HR, Communications, IT & Digital, or Finance) and learn all of the ins and outs of working within one of Australia's most critical industries.
Commencing in February 2025, our 24-month program will see you join a cohort of other ambitious graduates. You will learn directly from Nutrien Ag Solutions leaders, join a global community of more than 23,000 employees, and travel to various regional locations to see exactly how our products and services work. As a Nutrien Ag Solutions Graduate you will be adding value as a full-time permanent employee from day one; doing real work and delivering real results.

To be considered for the 2025 Corporate Graduate Program, you will graduate prior to the commencement of the program (or no longer than 3 years ago) with a degree in either IT, digital HR, Communications, Marketing, Finance or a relevant discipline. In addition, you will demonstrate a willingness to learn, have a proactive approach, possess strong communication skills, be analytically and technically minded, and ideally have an interest in Australian agriculture.
