About the role:

Our Nutrien Ag Solutions 2024 IT Graduate Program will place you in the Information and Digital Solutions team where you will contribute to our vision of being a transformational driving force for the business, creating value and competitive advantage. You will have the opportunity to work in areas such as Cybersecurity, Digital, Business Partnering, Data Science, IT infrastructure, Enterprise Applications and Change Management to support the delivery of digital technology and drive innovation at a business level.

Commencing in February 2024, our 24-month program will see you will join a cohort of other ambitious Graduates. You will learn directly from Nutrien Ag Solutions leaders, join a global community of more than 23,000 employees, and travel to various regional locations to see exactly how our products and services work. As a Nutrien Ag Solutions Graduate you will be adding value as a full-time permanent employee from day one, doing real work and delivering real results.

Designed to broaden your knowledge, our graduate program will operate over 24 months to include

  • Accelerated learning opportunities to kick start your career in IT
  • Professional networking opportunities to allow you to socialise with your peers and leaders across the business
  • Professional development opportunities to grow your career, communication, problem-solving and data-analysis skills
  • Support from business and industry leaders to develop personally and professionally

At the conclusion of the 24-month program, Nutrien Ag Solutions IT Graduates may continue to add value to our company and their relevant team in an ongoing full-time capacity.

Are you ready to grow your career with Nutrien Ag Solutions?

To be considered for the 2024 IT Graduate Program, you will graduate in 2023 (or no longer than 3 years ago) with a relevant bachelor’s degree and be able to demonstrate customer service, problem-solving and leadership capabilities.

In addition:

  • You will demonstrate a willingness to learn, a proactive approach, strong communication skills and a passion for contributing to technology and innovation in an agribusiness
  • When thinking about whether you should apply for the graduate program at Nutrien Ag Solutions, ask yourself the following: Am I curious? Do I want a long-term career in the IT industry? Have I demonstrated leadership in university and extra-curricular activities? Did I graduate with a credit average or higher?

Successful applicants will be offered a position in December 2023, to commence the role in February 2024.

Changes daily, but goes from planning with growers their plans for the year and throughout the year involved in decision making and data gathering to make the best recommendations for future seasons and/or current decisions

    • Being such a big company, the communication can sometimes not be the greatest, but most of the time it is good.

    • The pay is monthly which can take time to get used to.

    • Sometimes the expectations are unclear.

    • A large company with multiple business units that can internally compete.
