Graduate training experience was amazing. The asia pacific cohort were flown overseas to do training together. Great opportunity to meet your peers across the region. Content of training was good, skills covered included teamwork and trust, problem solving, modelling, finance and accounting, etc. On the job informal training covers research skills, visual and written communication, data analysis etc
