Development is somewhat dependant on staffing, you must reach out actively to ensure your career develop in a way that you intended (i.e., express interest in certain industries). This is quite common for consulting companies. Training is not too structured, you may develop skill sets in one area and not in another.

Performance review process is very transparent and promotions can occur very quickly if you perform well (no need to wait or build tenure).
OW has a strong climate and sustainability and social impact proposition. The firm invests heavily in climate and sustainability and we do important work to help other companies deliver on their ESG commitments.
Culture is absolutely fantastic - very flat hierarchy and almost everyone in the firm is extremely approachable. Lots of social events and fantastic work by our Colleague Resource Groups to ensure that everyone feels as if they belong in the firm.
Colleague resource groups do a great job in this space across Australia, but more can be done across the firm generally - particularly around female representation in senior roles.
Managers and partners are all very accessible at OW, which is not the case at all consulting firms. Everyone values transparency so anonymous upward feedback to your managers is a key process here.
Location in Barangaroo is convenient for public transport and the view is amazing. Office facilities are great with a well-equipped kitchen, drinks fridge, snacks cupboard, and end of trip facilities.
Graduate training experience was amazing. The Asia Pacific cohorts were flown overseas to do training together. Great opportunity to meet your peers across the region.
