People Advisor

Permanent โ€“ Totally flexible options in terms of hours per week or day depending on the candidate - Full or Part Time options available 
Location(s) โ€“ Our offices are based in New Plymouth, Palmerston North, Wellington, Masterton and Tauranga so we are open to candidates that could work from any of these locations.

About the role

This is a newly created role that will support our Advisory team to bring the magic.  We are looking for someone that loves attention to detail and problem solving, has a hit the ground running level of Human Resources skills and knowledge, and most importantly is interested in People and helping them have an amazing time at work.

The difference youโ€™ll make:

  • Create agreements and onboarding using our future-ready people systems
  • Help the people that work for us, and their leaders, navigate our policies and procedures
  • Partner with leaders to recruit the best people for our teams
  • Advice on and create all things People related 

Skills & Experience 

Itโ€™s not the be-all and end-all, but weโ€™d be stoked if you have:

  • worked in an HR-related role before so youโ€™re role-ready
  • a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field like Psychology or Social Work so you get the โ€œwhy?โ€ behind what we do
