Pros & Cons

The team culture and atmosphere within the office is very positive and supportive.
Very flexible working hours, allows good work-life balance.
Powerco is extremely diverse company, and is very supportive of LBGTIQA+, as seen in the culture and celebrations during pride month.
There are many opportunities to gain new skills, and the company is more than happy to pay for some of the training.
The company offices are new and modern, with a flexible dress code.

It has undergone quite a few restructures in recent years.
Lack of entry-level job opportunities.
As a graduate, you sometimes get mundane work.
