Powerco provides six monthly pay increases for its graduates. Once the graduate programme has finished, powerco provides a full-time role. It is encouraged to apply for roles within teams that you enjoy before the end of your graduate programme because when your graduate programme ends you are placed in a role that best suits the organisations needs and this may not be your preferred role.
