The culture is great with people being very helpful and cooperative, sometimes there is a lack of communication but in general it is mostly fine. Plenty of events to be able to socialize with colleagues

The culture in the company is frankly good. Respectful and friendly, and people are usually always willing to help you out when you ask.

Powerco promotes an inclusive culture and encourage bringing your best self to work. Regular messaging is provided from the executive leadership team who are available to speak with. The senior leadership team is visible and always available to ask questions. There is good cooperation across different teams and offices. Regular team meetings help to keep the team connected and provide good opportunities for discussion and support. The office space is open and relaxed, creating an environment where people feel comfortable to approach others when needed.

Awesome people, work stays at the office
about 3-4 layers of managers going up from the bottom of each team, communication between teams is okay, but going to someone personally is much easier as a graduate
Graduate, New plymouth - 26 Jun 2024
The organisation can be very sociable both in and out of work. It really comes down to the individuals willingness to participate and be proactive. It is definitely encouraged to proactively engage with your pairs as this also helps build working relationships and makes it easier to ask questions and share information across different departments. It also makes it easier to piece together the different parts of the organisation's puzzle. Overall, I have found that people are more than willing to help, answer any question, or lead you towards the right people.

Its a rather chill culture, managers are usually quite understanding with needing time off, working from home, and making sure no-one is too busy. Once a year each team has a couple of days where they go away and plan what the year ahead looks like and has various socialisation events. In addition to this each tam also has a christmas party. The graduates also have several after hours socialisation events a year.

Personally I would say its a good work culture. During work hours people are helpful, and pleasant and willing to answer question. Outside of work people are really social and inclusive.
