Management at Powerco

Very easy to talk to manager

Yeah, they are good

My direct manager is helpful, kind, and easily approachable.

Most managers are hard to get a hold off but are great mentors in terms of learning and career progression. However in saying that some managers could be difficult to communicate with or hard talk to.

The manager that I am currently under is the main reason I am still at powerco.

Leadership within powerco is very accessible. Quality mentors are assigned to each graduate. Regular meetings are scheduled from the start. These are either in person or over teams. Feedback is given at these meetings and you are recognised for any works that you have undertaken. Works will often be presented to the wider team or out up on the powerco intranet home page "the source" or referred to in monthly communications from the executive leadership team.

I have only had 2 managers so far so I don't think I know enough yet to comment

Very approachable people, most I deal with are experienced engineers so have been in the exact same position. Have had trouble getting feedback from some managers, but have been given really good feedback from others. We are set up with a mentor, again most are experience engineers so are able to give us really good advice and setting goals.

Very satisfied with my managers so far. Does well to create an inclusive environment even though he is based remotely.

I have been satisfied with my managers they are usually able to provide me with work or point me to someone that has work for me. There are weekly check ins on how I'm doing.

We are assigned mentor to help us with development

Pretty satisfied, very busy though, and could make a little more time to catch up with their team individually especially.

My manager is very open minded about the request from graduates
