We had merged the bonus into our pay now. I think the pay is similar to other companies, which means it is competitive.

It's decent as a graduate and it is competitive with other companies.

The pay is relatively fair, however as I have now left the graduate program rem reviews seem to be questionable when approached.

As a graduate, the pay is appropriate for the level of learning and growing opportunities gained while completing the graduate rotations. Graduates also have the opportunity for six monthly pay increases throughout the graduate programme.

Pay is not too bad, working location means expenses are fairly low so money goes a bit further anyway

The pay is what I expected for a graduate role. I see it as a learning opportunity and a great avenue for future growth prospects.

Bonuses can be rolled into your salary which is the option I chose. As a graduate your pay increases every 6 months.

I think the health insurance is a very good perk and they reimburse for your moving expenses to a certain point.

When you are required to be away overnight you stay at nice hotels and have nice meals that are paid for. This will include air travel and car hireage if required.

There was a relocation compensation. There is fresh fruit in the office every week. There are often catered meetings.
