Diversity at PwC NZ

It is addressed but there needs to be more emphasis on it - especially within certain business units (i.e. consulting, deals)

Our company values diversity. We run a variety of initiatives (Shine, Manu Kura) that recognise and celebrate the diverse communities of our workforce. In terms of recruitment, retention etc I don't have the knowledge/experience to comment on those topics.

I am in the M?ori business team and I think they are really trying to grow it
