We are encouraged to use our flexibility policy to structure our work in a way that suits us.
The PwC office in Auckland is amazing - the facilities are nice and the view is stunning.
My manager is very accommodating and professional. I enjoy working with him.
The distribution of work (resourcing) isn’t clearly communicated, which makes me feel insecure when I have the least amount of work assigned compared to others.
Long hours (at times).
Annual progression is good but has no flexibility for exceptional circumstances.
The pay disparity is accepted due to the experience gained.
With being in a big company it can be hard to feel like a small fish in a big pond, especially as a graduate.
