I did a pre-interview test, then did 2 separate interviews.

When I first applied, I submitted by CV/ a portfolio of my work, and completed some company provided assessments. I also had to record myself answering a few questions. After this first round of applications, I was then offered an invite to a virtual interview.

So I got an accelerate award back in high school, so my interview process was a little bit different to others, where I was fast tracked through the process to interviews. It was smooth and not so daunting and I got a response a couple days after.

I don't 100% remember (I attended my interview over a year ago). However, I remember being asked lots of questions about my design process/thinking. I was also asked to show how I demonstrated leadership/teamwork skills outside of a work/uni environment.

Do you have any specific tips and advice for candidates applying to your company? How would you recommend they best prepare?
Just be yourself and keep it simple. There is no need to overcomplicate things.

know a lot about yourself and how you can contribute to the company. Always ask questions about the company in the interview to show interest.

Treat it as a conversation trying to get to know someone. Interviewers will be just as impressed if you are interested in what the job entails, as they are when you kiss their ass.
