What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
There are no bonuses. Pay can be better - especially when taking into account the lack of benefit that is now available at our disposal.

I am satisfied with my pay. The pay I receive enables me to pay all my bills/necessities (food, power, rent) while still being able to save money.

My pay isn't the same as the Metro grads which is a shame and there were no bonuses this year due to cost cutting.

Terrible part of working in the big 4, I work 50% more than most of my flatmates and get paid the least in the flat by 5-10k

What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
Joining the social club (paid membership) opens up the door to numerous benefits and perks.

We have a wellbeing fund that we can use each year. This enables us to purchase items for our wellbeing (e.g. gym memberships, new running shoes) and be reimbursed.

Free coffees in the mornings, and paid prof quals are definitely awesome perks, but they have been taking most of the other perks away during this slow period
