Training & Personal Development at PwC NZ

There's a lot of L&D work during our first two weeks - I'd say that most of the learning comes when doing client work.

As graduates, we began with a week long induction held at our Auckland office. This training included learning about the history of our company, understanding key consulting skills, and unpacking our policies. We also had the opportunity to work on an imagined client pitch/project. When we returned to our home office, we then completed training more specific to our job/role. Our company provides the opportunity to learn 'on the job,' alongside completing provided learning/development modules.

We have a small office so I can go to anyone at any time for training. We also have frequent trainings like in Uni where we learn about legislation and practices. I have definitely improved my tax skills while being here.
