Working Hours at PwC NZ

I work according to the business needs - there are long hours involved but that is part of working for a Big 4 corporation.

One of the things I enjoy most about PwC is our flexibility. We are encouraged to use our flexibility policy to structure our work in a way that suits us. As someone with extracurriculars, I'm able to WFH when it suits me, no questions asked. This is also great when you need to book appointments, look after whanau, etc. Our team values mental health, and it's amazing that we can work in a way that supports our Hauora.

They are very flexible. I have been able to leave early to go fly somewhere in the afternoon and make up hours across the week. Also asking for annual leave is applicable and not a big hassle.
