How accessible are managers and do they make good mentors? You may want to address internal communication, performance feedback or praise and recognition.
Everyone is approachable and make you feel comfortable. I have learnt a lot from a range of people.

My project lead is brilliant, and I feel comfortable going to him for everything. I get good and helpful feedback from him; he tells me when I've done a good job and thanks me for my efforts helping the team. He encourages me to catch up with him from time to time or whenever I feel the need. He listens to what I say and wants to help. He has reassured me when I've worried about asking too many questions or about the quality of my work. It is nice to be able to build relationships with directors as they sit among and socialise with us. I wish my office manager spoke to me more. After I started, I felt a bit irrelevant to him and still do because he never really went out of his way to ask me how I was going or how I was finding things when I started. Now I've been here for six months, and I don't feel like we have anything much in way of a relationship. I feel like it's too late now as well.

Reasonably accessible, always will get a respond by COB that day. They are always happy to respond to questions and give advice on situations. They are open and honest providing both honest and negative feedback in a good way, giving strategies to improve if negative. They also clearly understand that no one is perfect.

I was initially assigned a really great mentor/manager. Internal communications are good with day to day communication. Feedback is provided on areas of improvement/ recognition of your goodwork/development. There is a mentor programme that you can sign up to, to progress your career. Mentor programme is junior led (i.e. you set your own goals, organise the meetings, and track your progress). The mentor is there to support, advise, and assist you in your career development.

My managers are extremely accessible, supporting my journey within the company and as an individual. They make great mentors giving me work-related advice and life advice.
