Positive Impact
Shape, organise and deliver a better world.
Our commitment to redefining value goes beyond time, cost and quality and includes broader social, cultural, economic and environmental outcomes as cornerstones of project delivery success. Through our commitment to serving our people, clients, environments and communities we solidify our aspiration to serve Aotearoa New Zealand, and making a positive impact for generations to come.
Here are some of the ways that we deliver on our commitment:
As part of the application process the candidate is required to respond in writing to three questions and upload copies of their cover letter, CV, academic transcript and preferred location.
Next, our graduate leadership and regional leadership teams review all applications and shortlist candidates for a video screening process.
Candidates who successfully progress through video screening are invited to an in-person interview at the nominated location.
The interview will take place in-person at the nominated location and is usually attended by the local Office Manager and a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
An interview generally takes place over an one hour and is a two-way process i.e., the RCP team and the candidate both have the opportunity to ask questions and make an assessment as to whether thee is a strong alignment of purpose, values, goals and aspirations, that will ultimately contribute to a successful relationship.
Following in-person interviews final decisions are made and commicated to candidates via a phone call.
