Working Hours at RCP

RCP is very accommodating to my workability and I work 4-8 hours a week during the semester and full time when I am on break.

Very good - very flexible, can work when it suits me (and around my studies).

The company expects 40-45hrs per week (in your contract). This gives a leeway of 1hr overtime per day each week. The company prefers that people do not work from home (I prefer working in the office - included for information only for those who prefer hybrid working environments). Work from home is only really utilised on occasions (e.g. appointment on the same day, sick/unwell).

Considering I work part time along with studying, RCP is flexible with my hours as I need to prioritize achieving and completing my study.

RCP have been incredibly flexible and understanding when it comes to balancing work with university and other life commitments.

I am thankful to RCP as I have been allowed to work 37 hours to accommodate for my sports training. I leave at 4:30 twice in the week and 3pm once.

The company is great with flexible hours, being able to work late some days to finish a little earlier other days to fit around schedules.
