Effortless and straightforward. The interview focused on job-related questions and had a comfortable and informal atmosphere.

My Interview process consisted of a Video call, followed by an in-person interview.

It was fine, I would say that the weird point was just once I get selected, many steps, not smooth process or without knowing from the very beginning, the funniest thing it was to apply for the job again on the company's career portal once I got selected and receive a job offer.

It is advisable to conduct thorough research about the company and arrive prepared with a multitude of thoughtful questions. Demonstrating your curiosity and interest is essential.

Researching the company and it's history would be great in preparation for any interview. A limited Understanding of metal recycling and it's processes would be beneficial. Asking questions surrounding the position will give you a better understanding as to what is required from you.

Just telling the truth, depending on the role, prepare to do some physical work.
